  • MAYBACH MASTERPIECE. We had the honour to present an outstanding and one-of-a-kind Maybach DS8 Zepplin from 1934 at an international Maybach event in Southern France, organised by Mercedes-Benz. The purpose was the introduction of the new refined Mercedes-Maybach S-Class. ⁣
⁣
The DS8 Zeppelin features several technical highlights like its sophisticated 12-cylinder engine with 8-litre displacement and 200 hp as well as a unique 8-speed shift regulator transmission ensuring very comfortable and smooth but also powerful driving characteristics. Hence, this DS8 example was perfectly suited to convey the origin of the Maybach brand as Europe’s leading luxury car manufacturer by engineering and craftmanship in the 1920s and 1930s. ⁣
⁣
During the event the DS8 Zeppelin showcased the brand’s heritage as the trustworthy origin for today’s ultimate luxury of Maybach to a large number of international motor journalists and social media influencer. By the way: the car wears a one-off ‘Streamline Cabriolet’ body by coachbuilder Spohn – its impressive six metres in length are outstanding beauty. ⁣
⁣
We like to thank @mercedesmaybach for this exceptional experience and opportunity, which was a great pleasure for us.⁣

⁣
Our 1966 MK III is an exceptional example in an attractive, sophisticated paintwork in ‘California Sage’ (only 15 cars delivered) with a black leather interior. It received a complete ‘frame-off’ restoration in top quality carried out between 2007 and 2011. This includes various technical upgrades for improved drivability, e.g. additional coolers installed and a conversion to left-hand drive. Moreover, the history is largely known with its current owner since 1999. We love the exotic appearance of this Jensen C-V8. Its eccentric design elements and the engine sound are always a great show.⁣

  • SUPER SPORT KURZ. Among the pre-war supercharged Mercedes, the rare S/SS/SSK models are the most impressive with the SSK being one of the most legendary pre-war racing cars. Thanks to the shortened wheelbase to 2,950 mm, the model gained significantly greater agility – perfect and specifically designed for winding hill climb competitions. Its 7.1-litre inline six-cylinder engine with a Roots supercharger provided up to 250 hp. The SSK played a major part in the Mercedes works team’s racing programme and its victories are closely linked with the famous driver Rudolf Caracciola.⁣
⁣
We are delighted to have an exceptional, road-and-race-going SSK, which was faithfully rebuild in high-quality in 2003 by a renowned specialist in Germany. Subsequently the SSK was owned and actively used by a single owner for 20 years. Equipped with an original 1929 supercharged engine it shows an impressive performance. With a comprehensive documentation available this racy motorcar is eligible for numerous historic motorsport events. ⁣
⁣
The imposing appearance and its distinctive supercharger sound are characteristic of this arguably most iconic historic racing car in automobile history. The future owner of the SSK offered here can also look forward to an outstanding driving experience in the ‘spirit’ of late 1920s motor racing. Our SSK is a rare opportunity to acquire a top-class and road-ready SSK – highly prestigious but significantly more affordable than an original.⁣

  • 356 ROADSTER SUMMER VIBES. Summer is coming soon – so let’s celebrate summer style driving with a classic Porsche 356 Roadster. We admire the legendary 356 model as the origin of the genuine sports car – compact, light with sporty driving characteristics and technically easy going. And without the 356, there would be no 911 today. ⁣
⁣
Our new-in 356 B Roadster of 1961 comes in a sophisticated colour scheme in (original) slate grey with a red leather interior and black soft top. Delivered new in Germany it received a complete, top-quality ‘frame-off’ restoration in 2011 by the renowned 356 specialist Serge Heitz in France. The car still has its original engine and gearbox with ‘matching numbers’, while the engine was given a power upgrade to approx. 85 hp. With a total of just 2,902 examples of the 356 B were built as Roadsters this open-top version is much more exclusive than the cabriolet.⁣
⁣
Just imagine a carefree summer escape on a winding country road or along a coastline with this impressive and iconic companion in superb condition…⁣

  • DINO DESIRE. We are pleased to have another Ferrari Dino 246 GT available in our portfolio. We love this model as it is extremely agile and easy going – and a great pleasure to drive. We fully agree that the Dino 246 is recognised as the first “real” sports car from Modena with a rear-mid-engine in the style of Le Mans racing cars at that time. Today the Dino is a desired design icon and a well-recognised milestone of the Ferrari myth.⁣
⁣
The highlight of our 1972 example was its rare original paintwork in ‘Dino Marrone Metallizzato’ with a beige leather interior. It remained for 18 years with its first owner in the US and then came to Germany in the early 1990s with two further long-term ownerships here. In 1992, the car received an overhaul including a black paint finish and a new black interior. ⁣
⁣
After more than 30 years, some overhaul and repair work is again required, depending of the new owner’s needs and taste. The engine is still the original one with ‘matching numbers’. Of course, we would recommend to restore the 246 GT to its now highly sought-after original ‘Dino Marrone Metallizzato’ paintwork to turn the Dino into an extremely attractive and valuable example.⁣

  • TR TASTEFULLY REFINED. The Ferrari 512 TR from 1991 is a tastefully refinement of the Testarossa introduced in 1984. An improved 4.9-liter engine developed 428 hp added by a slightly modernised design and an upgraded interior.

Our 1993 high-quality example shows a mileage of only 57,500 km. Delivered new by Tamsen it always remained in Germany with a complete ownership history. The classic Rosso Corsa paintwork is largely original and the ‘matching numbers’ engine has a full service history with the last timing belt change 1,000 km ago. This ultimate (design) icon among the younger Ferrari classics comes with its on-board folder including all booklets and original tool kit for an asking price of EUR 225,000.

We share the passion for the sophisticated, sensational design by Pininfarina that kicked-off a new era for Ferrari. The wide side flanks and the large ribbed air intakes were a true ‘form follows function’ resulting in one of the best-known automobile design features.

GENTLEMAN’S DRAGSTER. The Jensen C-V8 is an Anglo-American Gran Turismo, offering the perfect combination of two worlds: luxurious British style meets powerful, reliable US drive technology. The Mk III version (1965/1966) was the fastest 2+2-seater of its time, and its performance rivalled that of the supercars of the era. The “Gentleman’s Dragster” (as described by the press) accelerated from 0 to 60 mph faster than an Aston Martin or Jaguar and on par with a Lamborghini Miura. However, the engine is not a capricious in-house design, but a tried-and-tested 6.3 litre V8 Big Block from Chrysler’s large-scale production range providing 335 hp.⁣

SUPER SPORT KURZ.

Our SSK is a rare opportunity to acquire a top-class and road-ready SSK – highly prestigious but significantly more affordable than an original.⁣

SUPER SPORT KURZ.

356 ROADSTER SUMMER VIBES.

DINO DESIRE.

DINO DESIRE.

TR TASTEFULLY REFINED.
